THE BEST TIME for PHOTOGRAPHY

The ideal time to shoot real estate is between 11 am to 2 pm when the sun is on the top of the home to avoid the strong sunlight hitting the inside rooms, making the high contrast shadow. We usually cover a 3-4 bedroom house within two hours and a 5-6 bedroom house within three hours for photo and video. If the property has more than 6 bedrooms, we may need additional hours to cover the photo and video fully. The twilight sunset photos also require additional hours.
